We definitely enjoyed the location for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Cap City Comedy club in the Domain. We enjoyed our breakfast dining experience. The staff at the American grill were very open and cheerful and didn't have any problems to making changes go the menu.

The lobby was so unusual as well as inviting! we loved the cocktail bar and gathering seatings that engaged our attention immediately … inviting us to sit and visit and enjoy other guests in the beautiful contemporary ambiance. TRULY ENJOYABLE. engaged with many of the guests who thought so, too.

The floor we were on was a little loud however I believe some one may have been having a birthday celebration there. Other than that it was clean as usual and everyone was so kind and helpful. One of my favorite places to say

The Westin is right in the heart of all things at The Domain. You can easily walk to every restaurant and/or store. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I had to leave early the next morning around 6:45am. I thought the fruit was free with the breakfast. Only want a apple & banana so had to pay. No big deal.

Party of 7. Part of group did not receive all of their breakfast. Our steel oatmeal was cold. Service was questionable. More tables to serve then waitresses. Will not eat breakfast again.

Everything was wonderful. My favorite this was that the staff was willing to give suggestions about where to take our dogs. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Austin.

THE STAFF was EXCEPTIONAL IN THEIR ATTENTION. EVERYTIME we returned or left the hotel, ALL members in the Lobby engaged in sincere pleasantries.
